Meet your therapist…
Hi! It’s nice to meet you.
I am a South Carolina native, born and raised in Beaufort and St. Helena Island near the coast, where salt water and sand will always feel like home. I am proud to be a Gullah Geechee woman and have lived in the Midlands since 2001. I am a wife, mother of three adult sons, and “GiGi” to my granddaughter.
As an anal cancer thriver, I have come to deeply appreciate the sacredness of our individual journeys and the importance of compassionate support along the way.
I earned my counseling degree from Liberty University and have been in the counseling field for over 11 years. I truly love the work that I do.
I often work with high-achieving individuals who are capable, responsible, and deeply committed to others, yet may feel overwhelmed internally. Many of my clients are used to functioning at a high level while quietly carrying stress, anxiety, trauma, or emotional fatigue.
My therapeutic approach is warm, grounded, and deeply respectful of each person’s story. I provide trauma-conscious, faith-sensitive (when desired), integrative care that supports both emotional insight and nervous system healing.
Sessions may incorporate Brainspotting, EMDR-informed therapy, clinical hypnotherapy, somatic therapy, mindfulness, and insight-oriented exploration. For clients who desire spiritually integrated support, I also offer energy-based healing practices and prayer ministry, always guided by each individual’s comfort level and personal beliefs.
It is an honor to support individuals who are ready to move beyond simply functioning and toward feeling more balanced, clear, and whole.
